A Prince to the search and rescue

Prince William has arrived in the Falklands to begin a 6-week tour of duty as a Royal Air Force search and rescue pilot.

‘The Prince’s tour comes at a time of rising tensions between the UK and Argentina over the disputed territory. The Argentinean government described it as a provocative act, though the UK insists it’s simply part of a routine deployment.

Political reactions aside, we can’t help but be amused when we think of the look on someone’s face if they’re ever rescued by The Prince.

It’s the stuff of fairy tales.
